I do not know how much you would agree with me, but I find that the movie "Death Note" is a great movie. It's been a long time since Japanese films make a good hit, the last one which I could remember was "The Ring". I am SO CONFIRM that I will watch the sequel "Death Note 2, The Last Name"~! In fact, I am wondering if I can get everyone I know who will be interested to watch the movie together on the 28th December, or even on the sneak preview~! If that's the case then the feeling will sure be POWER~! I guess I'm just crazy, but maybe it'll work... So who's going~? Please contact me alright~! Wahaha...

Anyway with pure luck, I came across the animation version of the "Death Note". At first, I thought that I'll not watch the movie after I watch the animation, since more or less it'll be the same... But still, the animation couldn't satisfy my hunger~! I just needed more~! And trust me, the animation is much Much MUCH better than the movie. In the movie, "L" seems to have quite the same kind of personality & wits as "Light", but if you watch the animation, you'll see that both of them have their own personality. Especially the way they act, respond & feel about incidents, or about the other party. The story line is a bit different also. I completely admire "L", both in the movie & animation. However, I'm more fascinated with him in the animation. He's just so much better there~!

As for the characters look-alike... "Ryuk" the Death God looks exactly the same, behaves a tiny bit differently though, as he is more adorable & scary at the same time. ^_^Haha~! As for "Kira" A.K.A "Light" looks only 65% alike. He's more charming & evil in the animation also. The actor in the movie might be able to bring out 85% of his charm, but only 30% of his evil. What a pity...? Well as for "L", what you see in the movie is really what the character look like in the animation. I will give a 98% look alike~! REALLY~! Everything~! From the looks, to the style, to the way he behaves~! Even the aura & feeling is the same~! The 2% difference is that the movie cut short or change certain aspect of the story, that's why the actor couldn't really "perform" much about it... The rest of the sub-characters, I think not much of you would be interested, right~?

So, who's side would the other "Kira" be on too~? Somehow I just had this feeling that she'll not be on "Yagami's" side. Just this feeling only though... Oh, she seems to be rather strong from the way they show it in the trailer~! Well, , who is gonna win the final battle~? "Light" or "L"~? Let's just find out... Till then, see ya~!
