I guessed I had talked too much about food that it had started to get boring... Thus I decided to go back to my usual philosophy topics. Today I'll talk about a phrase which consist of only 3 words. Although there are only so little words, but they weighed a lot~! This 3 words are what that holds our family together, in fact they what that holds everyone together~! These 3 words are "I Love You"~!
.
But now my question to all of you are... What do these 3 words mean to you~? How do you say/use/show them~? And lastly, when do you say/use/show them~? Take a few minutes to think through these 3 questions before proceeding forward to read my entry ya...
.

.
.
Are You Sure You're Ready~?
.
.
.
.
.
Here Goes...
.
The meaning of love is "A deep, tender, ineffable feeling of affection and solicitude toward a person, such as that arising from kinship, recognition of attractive qualities, or a sense of underlying oneness. A feeling of intense desire and attraction toward a person with whom one is disposed to make a pair; the emotion of sex and romance." Honestly, I don't know the whole crap of rubbish written here... It's taken out from a dictionary. What it mean anyway~?!!!
.
For me, "I Love You" is not just 3 words to show affection for someone whom you felt dearly with, it far beyond that. They were everything, from morning greetings we exchange when we woke up, to the romantic moments we shared together with our loved ones. Not just the love & concern that we showed to each other on special occasions (Like exchanging presents on Valentine's Day), but also the little bit of special something we do for each other everyday (Like getting him/her a glass of water ,when he/she is busy with his/her stuff). The list goes on and on... I think you'll get what I mean...
.
Now, how do we say them~? Saying "I Love You" isn't about saying it verbally. It can be a look or expression, the way you look at each other. It can also be a form of touch, a kiss, or even a simple hug~! It's funny how such simple gestures we make can mean so much, but yet, are we aware of them~? I believed that most of us might have experiences, whereby, you look upon your loved ones in the eyes (or vice versa), you know that you loved him/her so dearly, but yet you just didn't say anything verbally at all. Had you~? There were many incidents that I remembered when I was wooing JingLin, whereby there were many times that I wanted to tell her how much I loved her, but I couldn't (due to some other reasons). Maybe the time wasn't right or something... Anyway by just looking at her, I believed she had gotten the message somehow. And it was great, I mean, sometimes certain thing were better not said, but felt... Things might felt differently if I were to say them out... So what do you think~?
.
Now, the ultimate question~? When do we say "I Love You"~? If you're saying that, it only happens when it's romantic, or when we're happy & content with each other... Then my friend, that's when I'll disagree with you totally~! To me, love is most felt when one is sad. However, love is most challenge when we're in a bad mood or angry~! See, how many of us are guilty of at least one of the followings...?
[1] You started to pin-point each other's flaws, or past history during a quarrel~?
[2] "Agreed" with the other party unwillingly with the "Erm", "Arh" and "Orh" . . . etc~?
[3] Calling each other names during a quarrel~? (I personally find this the most funny one~!)
[4] The Cold War . . .
[5] Adultery (I hated this the most~! *!#$%@!)
The list goes on...
I'm guilty of more than of the above mentioned this lifetime. It's funny how I used to say "I Love You" to my ex-girlfriends, but yet guilty of hurting the other party... As I lived on my life, I slowly learn more about what love is all about. Some people say "I Love You" so easily, like just breathing oxygen into their lungs, but not knowing that they had abused the true meaning of it. Maybe that's why a lot of people was mislead by so many other people. We normally term these people "players", or "gamers". When we swear to the other party on how much we loved them, do we actually ask ourselves this... "Do I love him/her so much that I'm willing to let go of my pride and all, and give in to him/her totally & willingly~?", or "Am I really prepared to do anything, anything at all for him/her~?" Words used correctly in the nicest tone can be so smooth to the ears, but what matters the most isn't the brain, where the ears transmit the words to. It the heart that really matters in the end, we can smooth talk so much to the other person, he/she might felt good to hear them, but how long would they lasted~? So what if we kept saying them, would they have the same effect as ever~? I doubt so... Although such sweet nothings might seems to give us a good start, but I think they would never get us far enough. All I wish to say is, remember that when every time we say "I Love You" to anyone, do be reminded of the weight that comes with it...
.
.
This entry is actually for my most love one, JingLin... Dear, I wanted you to know that my love for you doesn't just come only when we're in the happy seasons, but also the dark seasons whereby we had our quarrels and all. I'm still learning to treat you right, love you the correct way, and with the right attitude. I had to thank you for showing me so much in life, and always there for me. I don't how to thank you enough though, and loving you forever, doesn't even seems long enough...

My previous entry seems to have gotten hold of a lot people's attention. Due to the overwhelming response, I think i owed my readers a sequel to it. Haha~! This time round, more pictures, more mouth watering, more sinful...! Ladies & gebtlemen, allow my humble self to present to you one of the 7 deadly sins, gluttony...
.
Pepper Lunch
Hey, it's round 2 for this cuisine~! This time round, I took the extra effort to take both the "before & after" photographs, for your better understanding. In our 2nd visit, JingLin & I had confirmed that not everything that cost the most, taste the best~! Previously, we had ordered the most expensive dish, but the taste were okie only. Anyway, here's what we had...
.
Curry Rice (Before)
.
Curry Rice (Before)
.
JingLin had the Curry Rice, and it turns out that it rather delicious~! It's like fried rice in Japanese curry style. Don't be fooled by the colourless sight, you'll be surprised when you actually taste it peronally~! Oh, like JingLin said, it's especially best to have it on a cold day/night. It'll make it more heartening....
.
Hamburger Patty Set (Before)
.
Hamburger Patty Set (After)
.
As for me, I had the Hamburger Patty set. Honestly, I didn't know that hamburger patty could ever taste so well in hotplate. And I personally like the eggs~! Somehow, it just taste good together with the special sauce. I think you could give this a try also~!
.
Crytal Jade Kitchen
I just can't get enough of Crstal Jade restaurants. They just served wonderful cuisines, which I liked very much. Seldom would I come across gross food~! *crossed fingers* I hoped that day would never come... The best part is that, they have so many different outlets. Thus they accomodated to my different cravings on different days. How nice~?!! Haha... I'm talking like as though they're one of their sponors. Hey, I really don't mind man. They don't even need to pay me cash, just give me free food in their restaurants can already~! Wahahaha~!
.
Noticed That This Was Already Half Eaten~?
*ops*
Forgot To Take Photo Because Too Hungry Already~!
.
Plain But Nice, Trust Me...
.
One More Plate Of These Cuttlefish Please~
.
Okie, back to their makan~! 3 dishes only, a normal dinner for two. They are the Fried Rice (AGAIN~) With Minced Beef, Seng Mian & Fried Cuttlefish With Pepper & Salt. Err... Nothing much to say actually. Nice food which were definitely worth the price~! JingLin & I both like cuttlefish thingy a lot. Missing that already...
.
Hill Top Restaurant
Okie, it's the 1st time that I had ever been to this place. I didn't even knew that it exisit too~! It's actually very near to Jurong Bird Park, and like the name implies, it's at the top of the hill. Thanks to Janice & Bryan, whom they drove JingLin & I there for late dinner. The ambience there were rather "kampong" style. They served Indonesian, Western, Korean & Japanese Cuisines. What combo yeah...! The view from the top was actually quite soothing. It'll be a good place if you wanted to have a good chat with your company.
.
The Homely Pork Chop
.
Fish & Chip
.
Some Korean Cuisine, Udon...?
.
Bryan's Korean Beef Set
.
I had the Pork Chop, and this is the 1st time I ever encountered a retaurant that served such homely-liked prok chop~! Yet, it's tasty~! Yes, plain but tasty...! JingLin had the Tomato Soup, which is really red in colour. She like that, but too bad that I didn't took photograph of that. Janice & Bryan shared 3 main dishes. The Fish & Chip, Korean Beef Set & Yaki Udon. I don't know about the taste, but from the way they are enjoying themselves with the food, I can concluded that these 3 dishes must be pretty tasty too. By the way, the servings weren't that big there... Remember that... Oh, and the prices are quite cheap for a restaurant. Remeber that too~! ^_^Hee~!
.
Tony Roma
Been dying to bring my parents there. And it took me 3 times to successfully book them for this makan session. Luckily, it's worth the wait~! If you're a meat lover like me, you'll love this place. This restaurant is famous for their ribs. They recommened the Baby Backs Ribs, but I preferred the California Honey Ribs. Everything is nice & tasty. I wouldn't say much about this one, I'll just let the 2 photographs say the thousand words...
.
The Baby Back Ribs.
Just Look At That ! ! !
.
The Roma Feast
.
Heard Winnie had also been eating Tony Roma recently. The takeaway service seems to be a rather good one eh... Anyway, I know that it's already sinful enough by just looking at all these photographs. So remember to say your prayer before you go to bed ya... ^_^GoodNite~!

Hi peeps, sorry for the long wait. Recently just upgraded my internet connection speed to 3500KB/s, powerful eh...! However during the wait for the new modem to come & while setting up the new connections, there were some problems. So I wasn't able to surf the internet for quite some time. Anyway, I keep my fingers crossed that no new problems would occurred~!
.
Recently all the big events got to do with the election thingy. Luckily my area here don't need to vote for anyone, because frankly speaking, I practically don't know any one at all. So what about yourself, do you need to vote~?
.
Anyway, nothing much to talk about too. All is the same. Busy work schedule, no time for family, hardly able to go out gai gai (Meaning taking a stroll). But still, I had to enjoy life no matter what right~?!! What for work so hard, and end up torturing myself~? So here's my treat for you peeps again, on the yummies I came across... Err... Anyway I think my site is about to become makansutra soon huh~!
.
A Totally Nice & Fun Experience
.
Pepper Lunch
There's this D.I.Y Tepanyakki stall at the basement 2 of Takashimaya, Orchard. It's a wonderful experience where you got to cook your own mean, in a hotplate. Yeah, you heard me. Both JingLin & I had the combo cut steak & chicken, while my mother had the Yawaraka loin steak. Well, the method of cooking is the same. Keep turning the meat & vegetables around until it's about 85% cook (up to individuals), then you pour the sauces. By pouring the sauces, the hotplate would cool down quickly, so take note~! You wouldn't want to have your chicken in medium raw yeah~! And there were 2 kinds of sauces, the fried onion oil and the honey sauce. I personally think that the honey tasted better with the chicken, while the fried onion oil goes well with beef. Go try them~! Have fun...
.
Try Me ~
.
Billy Bombers
Yes, again~! We had the All Star Burger again, still so delicious~! 2 new dishes & 1 drinks to introduce. Nachos with chicken & chili, can't really remember the correct name though. It's quite nice & unique. From the photo, you can see that they actually used big green chili~! Next is the chicken & rib combo. Err... Nothing really special, tasted normal only. I think I'll introduce better ribs for you peeps soon~! The last is the Root Beer, I think it's not bad mainly because of the ice cream. I think the ice cream from Billy Bombers must be quite nice since the milkshake tasted so good the last time round~!
.
The BBQ Sauce Didn't Smell Strong Of Smoky, Which Is Good~!
.
The Root Beer That Taste Like, Err... Root Beer~!?!
.
Crystal Jade (Golden Palace)
Honestly, this is the one that JingLin & I had been waiting for in a very long
time. Always dying to visit this place again. The food aside, the ambiance alone was so comfortable enough for you to really enjoy a good meal. To me, it's a neat & cool classy Chinese restaurant. Okie now, back to my introduction. They are...
.
Goose Feet With Sea Cucumber
.
This dish here is only a person's serving, and it cost S$17/-+++ yeah~! No joke~! Heard from my brother, goose feet was rather expensive one. If you ask me, no doubt it taste quite good, but still it's just too expensive. What's the different from duck feet anyway~?
.
Vegetarian~? I Don't Think So . . .
.
Don't think that the round shaped thingy are scallops yeah~! They were actually white carrots~! Man, I was conned by the looks of it~! So were my family...! If not for the salty bacon on top of it, this dish would have being vegetarian. Give this dish a miss~!
.
Roast Goose...?
.
Honestly, tasted like duck here. The serving & price were reasonable this time. Can give it a try. Standard roast cuisine that you can expect from Crystal Jade.
.
Here Lies The Frog Prince~! Err.... -_-"
.
Arh... Unique dish~! Some kind of vegetables mix with frog. Hey, it's tasty okie. Don't how to describe the taste. I can only say that it's a whole frog, rather then just the frog legs... This dish is recommended~!
.
The MUST TRY Pai Ku Wang
.
The last dish is the one which everyone had been waiting for. I had mentioned this dish before, and it's still so tasty. I'm already missing it now already~! Nothing much to say, just die die also must try, or die with regret~!
.
That's about all I guess. Man, am I hungry now already~! See ya next time~! Take Care~!
