Honestly, I'm very upset over the whole incident~! Firstly, I missed my semester 1 examinations due to IMF S2006. So that means for semester 2, I'll need to take exams for both semster 1 & 2. Now that I am already so behind time, my supervisor gave me another challenge, and so that makes the second point~! Secondly, I had missed 2 lessons due to my wisdom tooth operation. So that mean I couldn't miss any more lessons. But to make things difficult for me, my supervisor wanted me to always find a substitute (Be it the other person is on leave, or off day, or worst, other teams~!) to come back to cover me for my work, ranging from 15min to 3 hours. Can you believe that~? 15min~?!! For that 15min, people had to come back for work during their leave or off day~? Crap isn't it~? That makes me the common enemy in my work place. I had to owe people favour, just to go for my lessons~! The best thing that my supervisor can say is, "The most you re-course this semester only what~?" Power~? Not yet~! That's my last but not least point~! I had planned to clear my leaves for this year on mid-November to mid-December so that I could prepare for my exams this coming January 2007. In total there are 20days worth of leaves plus off days. Now, that champion supervisor show "pattern" again by cutting down my plans to 10 days worth of leaves plus off days~! 50% OFFER~! Why did he do that~? So that he & his scandal assistant supervisor can go oeverseas seperately~! All that on the expense of the rest of the team members~!

What kind of supervisor is he man. He don't plan his leaves~! Then ask his men to plan, only to be cancelled by him at the very last minute. That's why our team's MC rate is so high, because most of us are so fed up already~! Some of them even wanna sign a petition, but they later stopped it because they don't wanna get him into trouble. Yet he really abused his position as a supervisor in this area. I'm not saying that he's a complete a**hol* you know, he is a rather good person, but he's a damn lousy supervisor. He can be so sacarstic to tell the Chinese, "Hari Raya and you wanna apply leaves near to the season~! You might as well convert to Muslim~!" Trust me, he is famous for such remarks~! So many people got this many times before~! Yet, now that Christmas is near, he is taking overseas leave until Chrismas eve~!

Anyone with any suggestions on how to treat or work with such kind of supervisor~? I'm really forcing myself to work everyday now, and I'm NOT THE ONLY ONE~! Sooner or later, either the rest are gonna quit, or they will request for a transfer~! 5 years coming soon, and I think I really had enough of this~! What can I do....? Please help~!
